Room of Horrors

“We want to pass on to you our appreciation for the extraordinary hard work and expert assistance from Paul St Denis and Gregory Lucci.  We run a series of patient safety education sessions for incoming first-year residents who start every July, and typically do this in our Simulation Lab at the School of Medicine. Because of the restrictions placed on all our educational efforts due to the ongoing coronavirus, we are unable to do this in person for this year’s orientation.  Paul and Gregory were tremendously helpful in transferring our content onto an interactive platform that residents can do remotely, which allows us to teach our medical trainees crucial patient safety concepts.  They really went above and beyond, both responding quickly and responding professionally and helpfully with many changes we asked them to make (even on the weekends).

We, and all our trainees, are so grateful.”
